Suggestions Before Purchasing blind Boxes: This means customers cannot know which figure they have purchased until they open the box. In all blind boxed items, standard figures will be replaced by secret figures. The number of figures in each set may differ. We do not guarantee that any blind box purchase will include a secret figure. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the form of any figure received, as all blind boxes will be truly blind. Customers must carefully select the products or sets of blind boxes they wish to purchase. Due to changes in purchases, the company does not have a return or exchange policy.

Fees and Taxes

  1. Customers are responsible for paying duties and VAT incurred in the destination country.
  2. If a package is returned due to the recipient refusing to pay taxes, the company will deduct shipping, return, and other applicable fees during the refund process.

Cancellation and Address Changes

  1. The company does not accept cancellation requests after processing.
  2. The company does not allow changes to the delivery address after processing.
  3. If the product does not have production quality issues, the company does not accept cancellation requests after the order is placed. Please place your order carefully.

After-Sales Service

After-Sales Service Period For damaged products purchased from BABYTHREETOY, please contact customer service at babythreetoy@gmail.com within five business days of receiving the product. To ensure the security of personal information, please contact us using the email address used when placing the order. A customer service representative will respond and assist you with resolving the issue. To avoid disputes regarding refunds or exchanges, customers should record a video while opening the blind box within two business days of receiving the product. The delivery instructions and condition of the product must be clearly recorded in the video.

Types of After-Sales Service Defects blind box products are art toys with production technology limitations; some are handmade. Minor defects such as uneven paint, minor scratches, drips, or spongy paint are considered normal. If there is obvious damage, you can request after-sales service by emailing babythreetoy@gmail.com within five business days of receiving the product, providing your order number and relevant photos of the product.

Cards and Accessories If the card in the blind box does not match the figure, we will provide a matching card, and the received card will be returned.

Duplicate Figures If you purchase a blind box and receive a duplicate figure, we will provide the missing standard figure and collect the duplicate figure.

Limited Edition Products The after-sales service policy for limited edition products will follow special event notifications. There is no guarantee of replacement, return, or refund for goods shipped without cause nationwide. The refund period is 3-7 business days from the date of refund processing.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Customers must carefully select any products or collection boxes they wish to purchase. Due to changes in purchase intentions, the company does not have a return or exchange policy.
  2. Products that have been shipped internationally are not eligible for returns or exchanges without cause.
  3. Eligible Products for Return:
    1. The product must be returned to the designated address along with any related gifts (shipping fees must be paid by the buyer).
    2. The seller will provide a coupon of equal value to the proof of payment for the return fee and the tracking number of the package.
    3. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned package.
  4. The refund amount will be credited to your payment account within 3-7 business days from the date the system processes the refund.
  5. If a package is returned due to the recipient refusing to pay taxes, applicable fees such as shipping, return fees, and other charges will be deducted during the refund process.

Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It? Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped. The after-sales service policy for limited edition products will follow special event notifications.
