1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or promotional events, processing may take 3–5 business days. We will notify you via email if significant delays occur.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (contiguous U.S.); 5–9 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Delivery & Signature Requirements

For orders valued under $200, packages are typically left at the doorstep without a signature.

For orders valued $200 and above, a direct signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation is shown on the carrier's tracking system. If you live in an area with package theft concerns, we recommend selecting the signature option at checkout (available for an additional $5.00).
6. International Shipping to the U.S. – Duties & Taxes (Critical)
(Choose the option that applies to your business model)
Option A – DDP (Duties Paid by Us) – Recommended for U.S. customers
We ship all U.S.-bound orders using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means:
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the total price you pay at checkout.
You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Customs clearance is handled by our shipping partner. In rare cases where customs requires additional documentation, we will contact you directly.
Option B – DDU (Duties Unpaid) – Only use if you do NOT prepay duties
U.S. orders are shipped on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means:
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price.
The recipient (you) is responsible for paying any import fees upon delivery.
We recommend checking with U.S. Customs or your carrier for estimated duty rates, as these vary by product category and order value. Refusal to pay duties may result in the package being returned to us, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you realize an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at babythreetoytoy@gmail.com. We can correct the address only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, address correction fees (if any) will be your responsibility.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take photos of the box and contents. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at babythreetoytoy@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Lost: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or building management first. If still missing, contact us within 5 business days. We will assist with a carrier investigation, which may take 7–15 business days.
9. Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

If you refuse delivery for a non-defective order, return shipping fees (typically $15–$30) and any customs fees already paid (under DDP) will be deducted from your refund.
